Adex dosage on first Cycle of test c at 350mg a week

Hi guys,

I'm currently in my first week of 350mg test c cycle (125mg/Mon&thur). Started taking Arimidex at 0.25mg eod on Tuesday (took my second one on Thursday). Is that too much too early ? Should i wait till any symptoms appear before starting adex?

I'm 25 in November, 5'4, 132lbs at 15% bf. been training for 5 years straight and this my first AAS cycle.

Also I'll be starting HcG at 250ius from Monday on the same days as test injection.


Any advice would be really helpful!!

Your dosing protocol is fine for a place to start. Only time and assessment will tell if it is adequate.
