Adding Eform to Epistane Cycle

Just ordered two bottles of Eform. Would like to add this to my epistane cycle. What is the best way to do this? Do I ramp up and then taper doseage or should Eform just be used in PCT? I've read a few threads concerning this already but I just want to get a more clear answer. Trying to reduce some of the puffiness in my chest.

Different compounds involved, but Celc5 is a formestane fan and knows how to run it. Check this out:
