Hi all,

New member here. Many years gym experience, having the last few years fallen out of shape and into mild obesity. Very recently started a full recomp - four days weights, two days cardio. Mainly fasted morning workouts with a BCAA and creatine mix to drink. High protein and veg diet. I've now lost circa 50% of the fat I want to (15 stone 5 to 13 stone 11) yet now want to concurrently build muscle. I've used some of these before, yet would you add anything to this stack for a recomp?

Huel/ protein powder breakfast and lunch, protein and veg dinner.
BCAA and preworkout, creatine, before gym.

Hydrapharm:
Elixir
Hydralean
7-OXO
Alchemy
Adamantine
Myogenesis

Man Sports:
Nolvadren XT.

Running all at once. I've not seen any reviews of anyone using even half of these at the same time so I can post results if anyone is interested. I gave the Elixir, Hydralean and 7-OXO a one week head start to step up fat loss. Three weeks left of supply.

Any advice is welcome, yet I think I am hitting every point here bar a test booster (Nolvadren claims to be one, yet it is really an AI IMO).
