My gains are a dry 5-7 pounds. I keep the 4ad low enough to just counter the sides of 1test... works well. I dont need the 4ad bloat in the summer, nor do i need a loss of libido...my approach solves both.
Week 4-6 always seem to be my best, i hate to have to end the cycle soon (running out of supps).
Using the m1t to jumpstart the cycle was great. Got some nice gains those 1st 2 weeks...not so much strength, but vascularity and some size.
I would love to do 2 more weeks of m1t to end the cycle but i dont want to have to go thru that recovery.
