Stats 25yo 6'2" 221lbs 15% bf (strongman competitor) at beginning of cycle
Now 231lbs 16% bf on week 3
Cycle:
test e 200mg E3D (weeks 1-15)
HCG 250iu E3D (weeks 5-15)
Arimidex .5mg E3D if needed when sides show
PCT:
Clomid 75/50/50/50 (weeks 18-21)
Nolva 40/40/20/20 (weeks 18-21)
I'm really looking to put on some lean muscle and hopefully lose fat on this cycle. Trying to achieve an athletic physique that just has raw power i.e. Not like an average strongman who is a walking fridge. The test is helping tons and I'm already more vascular and I feel bigger but would like to drop the bf. Should I add Var towards the end of my cycle in order to shred me up a bit and solidify my mass more? And if so how much and where should I add it? This is my first cycle so I want to make sure to get things right
