AD-3 PCT by lecheek (sponsored) + testodrolx9 and intratest extreme

Still recovering from all the heavy sparring this week. Im not used to it anymore i guess Ive been on the instructional side since I moved here rather than focusing on my own training so it definitly effected my workouts Im really looking forward to the weekend.

Good workout today dissapointed with my squat performance I may need to reevaluate my leg routine. Im thinking I may drop weight quite a bit and do a 5x5 or 10x3 routine for squats and really focus on getting below parellel and exploding up.

squats worked up to 295 for 2 singles then a 315 attempt that I failed. will post vids later

big time wobbly felt really good aside from the dissapointing squat performance but after the weekend I think ill be ready to kill legs on tuesday.
 
Bro still a killer leg workout though. All of us from time to time have to step back and look over things so we are always tweaking something. I'm sure next time you will kill the squats!! Your kicking butt and have a lot of dedication.

2 week weigh in 188lbs 11.3% BF so thats another slight increase in weight with a slight drop in BF.
 
That all sounds pretty positive to me.

yes thats pretty sweet. I will take an increase in weight and a drop in bf anyday. 2 weeks in a row during pct is pretty impressive in my opinion.
 
do you feel any joint problems with ad3

I havent had any problems from the ad3. I had some serious elbow pain from heavy grappling on wednesday but its pretty much gone now.
 
Agreed and I have not noticed any joint issues yet but its only been alost a week.

One Monday I added
HYPERT2,AD-3,Testodrolx9 to my mass hgh log.
The log has slacked this week as I have been super busy at work and HOME :(
And trying to focus on all the new logs so mine is slacking lol.

hmmm i dont know why this is the first im hearing about this. ill have to look it up and catch up on your adventure
 
had an excellent weekend feeling all recovered and ready to kill it tomorow. on another note Im putting together my next stack for after this awesomeness is over. Im thinking Mass HGH, x-gels, anabeta.... what else could i add to this semi non horomonal domination stack?

med ball tricep push ups 20,20, superset with ez bar curls 65x12,10

felt awesome did all this in lil over an hour. I was pretty impressed with myself. AD3 note leaning out nicely also still the biggest thing im noticing is the improved sleep quality not more sleep just not needing as much, testo x9 note I am feeling good all day not aggresive or hyper just good. So I think the better quality of sleep plus elevated test levels = mild euphoria and awesome workouts.

The wife and I decided we are going to try our first NPC contest in oct so I got about 10 weeks to really get into shape so going to have to learn some new things and if anyone has any advice or suggestions that would be great. I have very lil idea of what Im getting myself into with this.

i dont know yet really. I have a major stockpile of supps right now. I am open for suggestions tho. I was probably going to run mass hgh tho for 4 or 8 weeks plus some recompadrol, slinshot, or anabolic pump and some type of cortisocontrol reduce xt/lean extreme for starters. I dont want to get to lean to early. Like I said i am open to suggestions and could certainly use some advice.

Todays workout was pretty good I did a few things i dont do very often just to switch things up and it felt good got a serious pump by the end and now about 10.5 hours later they are still pretty fatigued so I would say the change paid off. Again I woke up feeling great (thanks ad3) my diet has been spot on all week hitting right about 3100 calories 300protein/300carbs/75 fat so I may treat myself to a cheat meal of some type today or tomorrow. Im thinking a 1lb super burger would be pretty amazing.

Rack pulls worked up to 405 then attempted 455 and failed

I am loving it. Ad3 is leaning me out and helping me sleep better so stacked with the testox9 I feel good all day. To me thats one of the most important things I love when you can actually feel the supps working. Ive had a steady increase in weight with slight drops in BF wich again is something I think most of us are looking for. Im up at 430 am all week feeling awesome and ready to tear ish up in the gym. Even today I was up at 530 (sleeping in for me) and feeling great. Today is an "off" day still did an ab workout I know i need the recovery time my body is worn out but i feel great.

Solid lifts brother I need to learn to do good mornings. I think front squats are one of the hardest lifts anyone can do.

I agree man front squats are a killer I love/hate them. Im new to good mornings myself I have some videos of me doing each of these lifts ill put up to be critiqued i think i need some work especially on the good mornings. I can definitly feel them today though
 
I could never do front squats:( Ive tried many times but I can do it lol

I have a hard time doing them if i dont cross my arms to hold the weight. So when im doing cleans and having to roll my wrists undeer the bar and dropping into the front squat thats where I have the hardest time.
 
Man those are a ego busters. I can normally do a few sets off 225 squats but the back pain I am having lately is keeping me from it, So I tried the front squats. WOW those are weird at first but Heck only 95lbs was kinda hard. And yes it really hits the quads for sure. I may start doing these more often.

Those are some really nice front squats bro! I love that lift haha, usually try to sit on my calves on it, find it helps more the "Tear drop" of my quads a lot!! But damn , you rep 135 like nothing!! I struggle with 135x10~

I know haha , they are meant for Quads IMO, and they help a TON to develop the explosion for Jump Squats, Cleans and Jerks.

I love cleans I have backed off a lil lately I dropped 215 (steel plates) going on the way back up from a power clean like a month ago so Im waiting until we get our bumper plates and olympic platform set up before I go crazy with them again
