Acrobat forearms, calves

My forearm and calf development is OK, but I often walk by an acrobatics gym and I'm blown away by how consistently massive their forearms and calves are.

I see them climbing ropes and tumbling on the floor, and I have to wonder if there is a lesson here for me.

Thoughts?

The development they have is a direct response to the stimulus they consistently subject themselves too.

Their sport requires constant gripping, hoisting, pulling and pushing of which the forearms are involved in to a great extent. Plus the amount of control they have to exert while performing to keep themselves balanced will place tremendous tension through their forearms.

This constant tension, high intensity and very frequent training will result in a lot of hypertrophy.
