Unanswered Acne and trt not taking anti estrogen

I have severe acne on trt
It’s all on my shoulders and some on my back
It’s getting so bad to the point that both my shoulders are all red with no skin color anymore

What should I do?
I’m not taking any anti estrogen that I have been prescribed
My e is at 60
Does taking my anastrazole help with acne?

Is this your first time on trt?

My first time I started on trt I broke out and never had it that severe before, and used 10 hormone cycles previously.
