I am a wrestling coach and lift and train with my wrestlers every day... after wrestling my joints ache all night...and even up to a couple days after if not longer... sooo lifting either is done before practice...or is fatigued due to my arms feeling like they are falling off.....
I am hydrated, clean diet, multi-vitamin etc taken.
Used some joint supps in the past.. but i'm looking for something either a little more powerful or some more suggestions.
