Acheing Joints

I have tried searching for a thread for a transdermal to relieve the ache/swelling of injured joints but with no luck. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

i dont now of anything transedermal for shoulder pain, but this might help go to the chemist and buy some heat spray its in a deoderant tin, spray it on and then do some stretchs it should help
