ache below my right shoulder blade on cycle...

I am now on my 5th week of halo xtreme. I noticed a couple weeks in that I had a dull ache under my right shoulder blade (kind don't of under or to the left of it between my shoulder blade and spine). I'm wondering if this is a symptom of aomething....or maybe just a strain? It is fairly constant...although I don't believe I feel it every day.
 
I also had swelling in my feet for 2 days after thanksgiving...but has since gone away.

I have taken my cycle assist and now have switched to iron labs' pct supp.

this is not my first cycle. ...but it actually IS my first time doing just ONE ph.....so I'm thinking maybe it is just coincidence. But I figured I would check to be sure
 
Swelling in ankles and feet is a sign of water retention. Could be high estrogen.
When people get "back pumps" on orals they're normally referring to their lower back, but whenever I've taken an oral it's always been about where you're describing, kinda like the rhomboid/teres area
 
Thanks for the response! I had wondered if it was back pumps.....but like you said....most people refer to their lower back regions. I have never experienced back pumps before so, along side that and it not being in my lower back.....i dismissed it. Good to know that it could ,in fact, be just that. Thanks for your insight!
