Absorption rate 4AD Transdermal to 4AD Oral

How much actually enters the blood stream? I mean if I take in 900 MG orally how many MG's would I have to take in transdermal to get the same amount in my bloodstream?

As a rough estimate:

900 mg oral = 45 mg 4-AD == 4.5 mg converted

112.5 mg transdermal = 45 mg 4-AD == 4.5 mg converted (assuming a 40% absorption)
