Absolutely wrecked...

I can normally complete my lifting routine, by the end I am pretty tired. However today I could only manage about 75% before I had to call it quits.

I figure it is to do with 2 things:

1. Poor quality sleep
2. No stim/energy pre-workout

I am stacking the following:

3 x Alpha-T2
3 x Erase

Protein/BCAA shake after workout
(Creatine cycle begins tomorrow - after 4 week cooldown)
Using Eviscerate on abdomen

Does anyone have any recommendations for stim and/or safe/healthy good quality sleep aid?

Thanks in advance :blackeye:

instead of stacking more stims, re evaluate other lifestyle issues to find out why your butt is dragging in the first place ;) Things like poor/inadequate diet, over training, etc...

If it's just one time, then it's not a big deal. Sometimes it happens due to CNS fatigue. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it (see what I did there?).

Yes yes, very funny ;)

My diet is fine for a cutting/lean goal.

My training cycle is

Mon - HIIT
Tues - Upper/Back
Wed - HIIT
Thurs - Legs/Back
Fri - HIIT
Sat - rest
Sun - Upper/Back

Rinse/Repeat

It looks fine on paper, but it's hard to really say without a lot more details.

HIIT is simply 3 exercises of the following:
Bike sprint (5min total, 30sec sprint, 30sec rest etc) <--- i'm achieving in 5mins what I normally did in 20mins, so working very hard
High knee sprint-on-spot (2mins - killer)
Squat thrusts (5mins)
Squat jumps (with double high knee up to chest - as if you were skipping over a 1metre rope!) (1min - killer)
Press-ups (til failure)

Every day i'm doing 50 Ab crunches, and Ab Roller til failure (not yet at full body extension)

Lifting consists of:
10 x 5 Bench Press @ 40kg
5x4 Underarm Row @ 40kg
5x4 Military Press @ 40kg
10x2 deadlift @ 40kg
10x2 Squat @ 40kg
10 x 3 High resistance band for triceps (overhead/behind).
10 x 2 Upright Row @ 40kg

I have what is called a Prowler. Add 140lbs of weights to it and sprint 10-14x. I'm lucky to able to move within 20 minutes. If you don't have that, then find a good hill and sprint it 12-14x.

Dicks sporting goods now carries a prowler for about $120. I was wondering about the quality of it and if it was any good

It's probably a knock-off. Even the econo Prowler is ~$225.

Well if by knock off you mean not an eliteFTS brand then yes it is a "knock off". Although their econo prowler is only 225 which isn't bad, but shipping KILLS it. I am prolly gonna by the one from dicks and see how it is. Hopefully it isn't cheap and breaks on me
