Absolutely destroyed my legs

I did a session the other night which absolutely destroyed my legs. Its so bad that i can hardly walk. Its been a long time since a workout that has killed me like this. I am really surprised. Unfortunately it means my other workouts are going to be compromised as I have lost a significant amount of my ROM and balance in my legs.

Anyway here is the workout i did in case anyone is iterested

ATTG Squats with a 3120 tempo
4 sets of 8 to 10 (i did 8 sets if you include warmups) max weight was 220 pounds
Straight legged deadlifts:
4 sets 8-10. Max was 220 pounds
Weighted jump squats
3 sets 10
Jump lunges
3 sets 20
Jump squats
3 sets of 10
At this point i was falling over so i stopped and went to calves
and did 3 standard exersises followed by 15 mins on the treadmill on max incline to furthur work the calves.

It was a good session. Im just disapointed it has wrecked the rest of my week.

Its a pointless thread...i just wanted to complain lol.
 
yeah man i killedd my legs which almost the exact traing routine. the sourness is unbelieveable but i love it

only problem with it is the sourness effects all my other traing sessions do to my hobbling around

**** the safety stopper on the leggpress came undone at the bottom of my 8th rep the other day and I couldn't rereack so I'm sittin there screaming for help for like 10 minutes with 1000Lbs resting on my legs i think i pulled everything in my right leg can hardly ****in walk today.
 
you'd think people would come and help kind of quickly when someones yelling help equipment malfunction but this is not the case lol.

lmao right? they were prob to busy doing curls and flexing infront of the mirror to notice you being crushed under 1000lbs
