I did a session the other night which absolutely destroyed my legs. Its so bad that i can hardly walk. Its been a long time since a workout that has killed me like this. I am really surprised. Unfortunately it means my other workouts are going to be compromised as I have lost a significant amount of my ROM and balance in my legs.
Anyway here is the workout i did in case anyone is iterested
ATTG Squats with a 3120 tempo
4 sets of 8 to 10 (i did 8 sets if you include warmups) max weight was 220 pounds
Straight legged deadlifts:
4 sets 8-10. Max was 220 pounds
Weighted jump squats
3 sets 10
Jump lunges
3 sets 20
Jump squats
3 sets of 10
At this point i was falling over so i stopped and went to calves
and did 3 standard exersises followed by 15 mins on the treadmill on max incline to furthur work the calves.
It was a good session. Im just disapointed it has wrecked the rest of my week.
Its a pointless thread...i just wanted to complain lol.
