I've been thinking of actually starting to train abs due to the summer coming up soon, and was wondering what Intensity is better more reps (12+) or more weight (6-8rep) ? I'm looking for defined abs and would like some advice due to never training this muscle
Yea I've found atleast for me ab training is much more beneficial during a cut phase. Your abs will pack on a decent amount of size from compound lifts like deadlifts and squats
