Im trying to put on muscle mass, but my only problem i have about myself is my stomach, is there away i can tighten up my stomach with out losing weight?
I mean im not talking about having those washboard abs, im talking about making it look good.
Seeing your abs is all about having a low body fat percentage - you could see our abs if you weighed 300 lbs and were shredded, so losing weight isn't a necessity.
