Abs/Obliques before or after workout?

Out of curiosity, do you guys prefer doing your abs before you start your workout, or after?

Yes sir. Im usually on some sort of time crunch between jobs so Ill do say...one set of bench press, and knock out 30 seated ab crunches from the bench Im already on...second set of bench -30 reverse crunches and so on. You can easily knock out 150-200 reps of ab stuff and not even realize it....until later

Abs? If I did, I would do them after, not to compromise heavy standing lifts

Same, unless my abs are really lacking even at low body fat. In that case I'd do them as a separate workout alongside other minor muscles perhaps.

I do it on the end. Five minutes straight and off with it.

Like the dudes said ^ if u do before it, will compromise some core exercises for sure.
