About to start Estane Cycle...Please review....Any advice is appreciated

This will be my first real ph cycle.

Estane 20/20/30/40
Cycle Assist
Multi Vitamin

For pct I have decided to go otc.
I'll be using lg form x for 6 weeks
Also cel's formestane and suppress c

3000 calories a day with plenty of fruits & veg etc.

Let me know what you think. Anyone have any experience with epistane and otc pct after???
 
first off. how tall and how much do you weigh? and epistane you can run for 6 weeks dosage depending on your weight. and for the PCT you need a serm nolva clomid etc your choice. nolva you can do 20/20/10/10 with DAA at 3 grams a day starting day 1 of PCT and id add in erase also in the pct.. but when i ran epi i was like 205 i ran it at 30/40/40/50/50/50 then the pct i just mentioned
 
My very first cycle ever was epistane for 5 weeks up to 50mg...taurine for backpumps at that dose is a lifesaver!!!!

I also did a nolva pct just to be safe, although hindsight says an otc pct would've worked, but better to be safe IMO
 
I weigh 202 5' 11"

Also forgot to post I'll be using taurine during and daa post cycle.
 
Yeah waynaford, I'm hearing from a lot of experienced people that OTC post cycle will be sufficient. Glad to see your comment.

Go 6 weeks. I did 30-40 my first epi cycle. My last cycle i got up to 50 in the last couple weeks. My wt is around 205

For pct, im not gonna preach 1 way or the other on serm use. (I cant guarantee clomid is the reason i didnt get man boobs during my last pct). I use serm with epi "just to be safe", but everyone has to draw their own line of how $afe they wanna be ($ sign intended).

For the rest of pct, just want to add to not go over the top with AI's / cortisol suppression. Imo your formestane/suppress c looks good. Erase is a pretty good combined AI and c blocker, but dont add it do this cycle if youve already purchasedthe form/suppressc.

Im currently using formastanzol for an SD to epi PCT. i had minor gyno during my last run with SD, but on this most recent run (on a higher dose of sd) ive had little more than occasional nip tenderness. I cant be positive if its the forma, but not needing corrective surgery for gynecomastoa is worth the leap of faith and repurchase for future sd cycles.
 
thats a nice light cycle for OTC. keep it at low dose and 4 weeks. Serms are easy to get just use google. DAA is a MUST in pct.
