So a little background on me, 27yr old 6'4 currently about 220lbs (target weight between 220-230 without the gut and some bigger pecs) Very active with both hockey and bodyboarding. Was going to the gym 5x a week doing strictly weight training with very little cardio until I broke my collar bone 5 months ago snowboarding. I got the clearance all is well, I have been playing hockey and bodyboarding again. During my time off I have been lazy though, just got a beach house so it has been beer and junkfood. I am going to kick all that crap to the curb; I want to get serious about being in shape.
I picked up the Xtreme Muscle Stack from PP. I had a couple questions or maybe people can direct me in the right direction to find this information.
Should I start right with the Tren once I get back in the gym, or should I wait a couple weeks? (I plan to start back sometime next week)
As far as diet goes, I have never had a hardcore diet but any recommendations for someone who is looking to keep up endurance and stay athletic? I play hockey and bodyboard quite a bit, and I am going to start running.
I am seeing some horror stories about after affects of the Tren, if I stick with the Xtreme Muscle Stack as directed I shouldn’t have to worry about any of that right? I love sex and definitely don’t want to stop doing that haha
Once again not looking for direct answers (though appreciated) but even a finger in the right direction on where to find this info.

Also as an added note I was taking about 1/10th of a CC of HGH genotropin by phizer daily for about 4 months until July 09. This stuff seemed to do well for me and my body when I was out of the gym, would this be bad to mix with the Xtreme Hardcore Stack?
