I want to lose some extra weight around the gut and figure this would be the quickest way while preserving lean body mass. My question is how much fat and protein should i take in each day..I'm 6ft2 215....my bmr is 2168...thanks for the help fellas...been eating about 60 carbs a day for 3 weeks and now just want to tighten it up a bit...thanks for the help!!!!!
