Is ecdysterone really great product ? with real world effect ?

What should be the best stack to take with and why ?

It seems like I tried an ecdysterone product from Pinnacle in the past. I didn't really notice anything off of it, but I probably was dosing it incorrectly. I know that I am going to try some of the new stuff NP got in.
 
I'm also considering the bulk powder, but every thread I've found on bb.com has said it's useless... I need some positive feedback.
 
I think it has to be the pure russian extract which is 6000 dollars a kilo as compared to the chinese extract that is a few hundred a kilo.

So it all depends on extract and the dosage. The dosing needs to be high for alot of them really high!
 
ecdysterone is one of the main ingredients in Halodrol liquigels. I'm about halfway through my cycle and it hasn't been all that impressive. I'm a little stronger and I seem to have a higher threshold for DOMS to set in, but I haven't noticed any physiological changes (except water bloating from drinking a gallon of water a day to make my liver smile)
 
Oh and there's loads of ecdysterone in spinach, maybe that's where Popeye got his strength and his out of proportion forearms :bb:

HD liqui-gels are very underdosed. For ecdy, I have gotten awesome results dosing it 100mg, 4x/day. I have said this before, but remember that it is not a mass builder. It is great for cutting or as a complimentary supplement, but it is not going to put 10-15 lbs on your frame. You will be more vascular, better cardio, harder, and have better recovery, though.
 
I think if its going to be used, the most effective and efficient way of dosing it is in high doses with bulk powder.

I was considering 1.5 g/day divided in 5, with protein meal or shake. (source from NP 94% ecdysterone extract)

Stacked with Turkesterone 20% (probably 5g/day)

Is it okay ?

(I'm only 154lbs)
 
I got some ridiculous muscle fullness from Halodrol Liquigels at 4 gels. I did not get any of it from Ebol at stadard dosing. Ebol is great for mood though, it takes 3 weeks to kick in but it normalizes cortisol very well.
 
4 gels? I've been taking 3 a day now and i'm into my second box, but I haven't been all too impressed. Should I finish off my cycle taking 4 a day? Or should I complete my 6 weeks doing what I've been doing all along wth 3?

Could you elaborate on the effects? I'm considering using it, but I'm not even really sure how people have responded to it. Did your endurance increase? VO2 max? I noticed you mentioned better cardio, which is something I'm working hard on. Increased recovery as well is always a plus. How would you generally summarize the effects however? Endurance compound?

I train MMA and one of the main things that I noticed was more energy and focus during the latter parts of training. For just straight cardio/running/HIIT, I noticed a greater lactic acid threshold. I am not sure if the components of ecdy have been studied for this purpose, but it is something to look into.

Ecdy is not a great mass builder, but it is a great vanity supplement in addition to being an ergogenic aid. When I say vanity, I mean that it helps with fullness, vascularity, and provides a mean pump.

If you want an insane endurance/recovery stack, then try this:
400-500mg of Ecdy
400mg of Rhodiola
4-6g of Beta Alanine
3-4g of Citrulline Malate

VO2 max has to do with the maximum amount of oxygen your muscles can assimilate and turn into ATP, that's going to come "primarily" with training. The only "supplement" that may effect your VO2 max may be Beta-Alanine because BA is suppose to improve lactate threshold (by rapidly removing ATP byproduct hydrogens or buffering hydrogens through the increased carnosine that BA is suppose to perpetuate, however you want to get technical about it), which would theoretically, indirectly improve VO2max because you'll be able to maintain a higher intensity of stress for a longer period of time and therefore, you may force your aerobic system to adapt to that higher level of stress.

And I could see the justification of a vasodilator like an NO product, increased blood flow means increased O2 transport to your muscles, ergo, increased endurance.
