Height - 6'3"
Weight - 218

Guys - two weeks in and enjoying the small changes. Definitely lost some fat yet body weight is the same.

Looking forward to continued progress.

I take everything as prescribed. PA and AA on workout days only. Pumps are sick as people mentioned.
