ABE cycle length by weeks or days?

This might sound stupid and I may be looking at this the wrong way but let's ask anyways.

I'm running a full 8 week cycle of ABE because that's what is recommended. 8 weeks is 56 days, but two full bottles of ABE comes out to 60 days worth.

Not much of a difference, but I don't want to miss out on anything or have any health problems if I take it longer than necessary.

Should I go by 56 days or 60 days? Today marks my "56th" day so I'm wondering whether or not to extend it until the bottle is done. Thanks.
 
Finish the bottle for a full 60 days.
 
Yep they said it. ABE is an awesome supp. One of my favorites for sure.
 
Finish the bottle as stated a lot above, seems the longer I'm on ABE the better it works. Should have a bottle here in a few days.

I gained about 4-5ish pounds (176-180ish) in the 8 weeks during a lean bulk and small caloric surplus. I would say ABE (along with ArA) helped me keep fat gain down during this time. Also, during my two biggest carb meals I didn't feel as bloated at all. Training wise I couldn't really say because it's hard to gauge progress from the supps I took and not the training protocol I've been on, but I'm sure it hasn't NOT helped lol.
