Abdomen fat

Hi guys
I am obsessed about getting the 6 pacs, i recently came back from an intensive cardio program to trim down and shade away some of the abdomen fat (with eph25 and low carbs). It was a success however i am still not satisfied with the stubborn lower abdomen fat, so i have now started lifting weight (as well abs exercices) and do cardio 45 min 3 times a week, in order to achieve my goal i was wondering if i could consume some carbs prior to workout?
I do have about 60g of carbs with my pow protein shake.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
Thank you

You are gonna need a whole lot more than 3x a week 45 min cardio buddy...Look into a better nutrition plan like IF and Lean Gains...Also, yohimbe and alpha-yohimbe helped me a out a lot for the lower abs , a good way to get it could be through a topical, but at high body fat %s they dont work that well. Unless you use Abliderate Advanced , check into , its good for gut fat :p!

Thanks Celorza
I will increase my cardio routin to 5 times a week, very low intensity as i am worried to burn some muscle tissues.

Read it up , you dont have to be too concerned about it if you are taking BCAA's prior to it , and if you have a good nutrition , it wont be that much. But be realistic too, muscle loss is imminent during a strict cut , a recomp however is slower but much more subtle on this matter :) , any questions , feel free to ask! Aparently some people think I'm good at building diets oO!! (runner_79 u there :p?)

keep trying and learning what works It takes year to learn this on your own , even with the most knowledge like reading and reading and applying

otherwise maybe hire someone who can get you there. If it were easy everyone would be ripped and big muscles.

Thanks a lot guys!
I went through the carbs cycle links and it makes a lot of sens, but it will be hard to put it into practice but i think i will get there with lot of hard work and determinations.
Cheers
