ABB Carbo Force

I tried one once at the gym. Gave me some extra energy to push through my workout. I don't think I would purchase a case though. Mix your waxy maize with some type of juice. It would be a lot cheaper that way.

Im kinda lazy in those regards. Plus since I was only using 1/2 a bottle a case would last me 48 workouts. Workout 5-6 times/week thats about 8 weeks for <$30 it's not hurting my $ wise too much.

Why not just get gatorade powder?
Also if you are mixing carbs with Waxy Maize you are kind of defeating the purpose of the waxy. It is really only considered a fast carb when it has the correct osmolsity (sorry for spelling). Unless you are still keeping the WMS to over 70% of the complete mix with adding the carbo force I would say it will be a waste. If you want to add anything get like crystal light to flavor the WMS and some BCAA's or peptopro for a protein source, otherwise just get some dex/malto for your post workout quick carbs.

I used to use them all the time. They sold them across the street from the little gym I used to wo at.
I would go with anything but the Grape rush flavor eck...I can still taste it now lol.......For what it's worth some koolaid mixed with some dextrose would be about the same but yea if your lazy and you can afford it why the hell not....

I think ABB Carbo Force is actually dis-continued. Look at their site and it is not listed. I thought maybe this was the case when the gym I work out at stoped selling it and starting selling other products made by ABB.
