AS you all know spring break is coming up
anyone have any good ab routines they do in the gym to get cut up as soon as possible
 
Squat heavy. As well as spending 5-10 minutes doing broom stick turns 2-3 times a week.

More importantly, train your tricep & bicep in the sense of eating right :woohoo:
