Ab routine

Hey guys. I need to figure out a decent Ab routine. I'm starting to clean up my diet from bulking. Not quite cutting yet, just kinda cutting down on carbs, sugar, and watching what I eat more....Anyways, any ideas? What do you guys do?
 
mine's pretty weak...lol i do two excercises, twice a week.

weighted crunches (machine)
40lbs x 12 reps, 3 sets

side bends
25 lbs x 12 reps, 3 sets
 
Mines weak too. Weighted crunches on the machine as well, every other day. I've been bulking and it's a cold ass winter in Missouri so I figured why work on something. No ones gonna see. Haha. But it's time to start taking it a little more seriously.

i've tried several of these new "21st century" type of excercises for several weeks and it was not giving me the results i currently get from my weighted crunch machine and side laterals. I know its supposed to work better than what I am doing, however it not only is not as effective but i hate doing them lol
 
I use a deck of cards. Pick an abb exercise before you flip a card and the face value is the amount of reps you have to do. Face card is 10 reps, jokers and aces are 1 minute of planking. It helps if you pick 2 or 3 separate exercises and focus on squeezing your abbs on every rep. It's what I do when I'm stuck in a hotel room or when I'm home and feel like doing a little without going to the gym
