A1c dropped from 6.7 to 5.8 using...

Sounds like an ad, but it's no joke. The most incredible part - it happened within 2 months of using the protocol I've outlined below (the A1c measures the percentage of glycated hemoglobin in the blood over the last four months, which makes the improvement that more remarkable).

For those that are interested, here's what I used:

With the 2 highest carbohydrate meals, snacks, and or beverages of the day:
•150 mg benfotiamine
•400 mcg of chromium picolinate
•5 mg biotin

At least once per day before or after a meal:
•A cinnamon and gymnema sylvestre supplement with at least 250 mg. of each

At least 2 - 4 times weekly before a moderate-to-high carbohydrate meal, snack, or beverage
•300 mg of Alpha lipoic acid
•2000 mg of glucomannan
•500 mg of Panax ginseng

At least 3 times daily
•100 mg of magnesium

The total cost for a two month supply of each supplement: about $60.
