A useful tip about gyno

If you believe you have gotten gyno due to whatever ph you have used with the sides like sensitivity, lumps under the nipple , puffiness and itchiness then yeah you have some minor gyno. My tip is to NOT touch them and try not to irritate them in anyway. While your nipples are in these stages of sensitivity , squeezing and arousing them causes the lumps to get harder and larger which will lead to more puffiness.
