Super DMZ 2.0 - 1 noon, 1 midnight

Training: 4 day split

Shoulders/Calves/Traps
Thighs

Diet:
I eat all the clean foods for gaining lean body mass but never shy away from the occasional pizza or burger. The only thing I watch is total protein intake.

Goals: My goal for this cycle is 10 solid ass pounds after I'm done with pct. That would be amazing.

Day 1
Had a great shoulder workout today, took a couple days off before starting this so I'd be fresh. I never got the 70's up once but today after my last working set of 65 I decided to give the 70s a go and got 3. **** yea

I don't have a scale at home or the gym. I've been hovering at 183-185, I'll go to my moms next monday and see where I'm at after a week.
 
Day 3
Just finished a back and biceps workout. Aggression is picking up. I was kinda pissed and it help have an intense workout. I did chest yesterday and I'm not really sore. Picking up extra reps here and there.

Is there anything I should be doing differently while on cycle?
 
Diet yesterday was
5 eggs 5 turkey bacon
Peanut butter and jelly - Wheat bread natural peanut butter and jelly
Post workout shake w/ peanut butter/oats
Steak and potatoes
Ice cream

Day 6
Strength slightly on the rise. Workouts are just overall better, more enjoyable, feel like I'm getting more from them.
0 sides - acne same, aggression up but thats no side to me.
 
Day 10
Acne increasing but all lifts are up. Looking a little thicker, still just as lean. Soreness is a tad bit less. I probably could go the gym everyday if it weren't for work and other bs.
Yesterday was legs. I started with a heavier weight for squats than what I should have simply because I felt I had it in me. No problem got all my reps. Deadlifts where flying off the ground, time to raise the weight on those too.
 
Day 14
Had a crazy workout tonight, did so many extra sets. I felt great strength is up, endurance is way up. All the bs is out of the way for the rest of the cycle minus thanksgiving, so I'm gonna really be hitting it hard this week and next. I would have liked to run 2 bottles of this a little stronger.
 
Week 3 is when the fun begins brother. Be sure to get plenty of food, hydration and rest for your training sessions.

Day 16
Acne increasing for sure now, and thats really the only side. Nothing else, appetite sleeping ect all the same.
Now strength is shooting up. I just bumped up my deadlift weight from last time and that **** was easy. I do 10-8-6, when I raise the weight I settle for 9-7-5. I dominated a 10-8-8. If that makes any sense haha.
 
Day 22
Body weight +~5
I look and feel a bit more solid. Triceps are cutting through better, thighs and chest look thicker. When the time comes to decide what cycle to do next, if I go this route again I will be picking up 2 bottles. It seems like I need high doses of stuff. Halo was the same. 1 bottle cycle is definitely worth it but 2 dosed a little, higher maybe 6 weeks, would be nuts I think.
 
Day 29
Body weight +~7 lbs
Had the best chest workout of my life tonight. I was stuck in the 170-180 range on bench but I just crushed that. I did
155 x 12
165 x 10
175 x 8
185 x 6 at this point I was like holy ****!
195 x 3
205 x 1
also set a new deadlift record at 425 x 1
Tomorrow is the last day, overall a good cycle. The only neg side is the acne. Strength increases every workout no matter what, I didn't gain that much weight but I'm guessing that its not going anywhere after cycle. Solid lean gains.
 
Day 2 PCT
Getting used to the clomid taste again. My PCT plan will be pretty close to this. I was kinda getting suppressed, hoping to bounce back as fast as possible.
Clomid - 50/50/25/25
Athletix Titanium and Division 1 - 4/4/4/4 (2am-2pm)
PES Erase 0/3/3/3/2/1
CEL cycle assist - 2 am, 2 pm

What would be good to stack with super-dmz?
or how would you dose a longer cycle?

Day 6 PCT
Just had another amazing leg day, everything increased from last workout. When I started cycle my last dead lift set was 355 x 6, I just put up 385 x 6 like it was easy last night.
I hope my balls are coming back online, wanna keep these gains. Going down to 50mg of clomid for week 2 and 3.
 
I'm about to start a cycle of Super DMZ and I'm trying to get a good fix on how bad the acne outbreaks were? Did it get progressively worse or did it stay the same?
