I eat these cakes AT LEAST 3-4 times per week while im dieting. Just fit it in your numbers and get shredded on cake, brotha!
I do a pumpkin pie version of the cake too.......canned pumpkin, vanilla protein with nutmeg, cinnamon, and splenda along with pancake mix. Oh so goood!
Another note......I use "Hungry Jack" just add water mix. The "light and fluffy" kind. Its a little less carb dense and fluffs up a little better in the micro.
