a quick question about ordering...

If I'm unable to click on the "order" button for a particular product (the arrow doesn't turn into a hand w/extended forefinger when it hovers over the button), does this indicate that the product is not in stock? Or, is there just something wrong with the page (this doesn't happen for other products)?
 
I would suggest going to IBE forum so that you can the question more direclty and then you'd be able to list the actual item.

That and the guys over there are really good about helping out.

Thanks dude. I sent them an email and they responded. I was using a Mac, and apparently they have problems sometimes, as do Firefox browsers. Weird though, because the product in question was the only one I wasn't able to select. Anyway, I got it taken care of.
 
np...my brother has an on-line company also (deals in guitar amps) and seems to run into problems with firefox on occassion.

Whatever it is you ordered...I'm sure you'll love it. I know I'm a hell of a lot happier since I found IBE.
