alright so im sure there is some thread on here about this but i dont know what to search for. Ive always wondered how much having sex and ejaculating affects your testosterone. Is it not really a big deal or could it really hinder gains when you are on cycle? Hit me with some knowledge please!:chick:

yeah its been covered here. its not that big of a deal. they say saving it up for 5-7 days helps and then they say after sex your body increases production.

Yeah not a big deal even when off cycle, when on cycle though it really wouldn't matter at all.

good to know because sex is almost a nightly affair lol, but i figured it didnt ive been on cycle for 2 weeks today, 600 mg of test e a week, and phera plex 30 mg ED and ive put on 11-13 pounds, so got to be happy with that:dance:
