A question for grunt about MGF

I train 3on 1off. Should I do MGF E3d @200mcg or on my days off @200mcg. I'm also doing IGF-1R3 @60mcg E3D PWO.

Do E4D with the pMGF, that will work fine.

Also, you can go with IGF on 2 of your 3on. Like this:

OFF: pMGF
1: IGF-1
2: nothing
3: IGF-1
Repeat.

This will yield the best results for reasonable expense.
 
im going to do a ED protocol @50mcg per muscle worked when i get mines and yes thats pegMGF understanding how mgf works im not to into the "enathate" like useage going around even if it has a longer half-life

ED won't do anything additional for you.

Also, it is absolutely systemic, so no need to pin bilaterally, not sure if you were implying that you would.

Thigh is good: plenty of meat. Interestingly, I just discovered that lats are the most painless place to pin, but I save it for IGF-1.
