Iam just trying to decide which one I want to start I have them both in my cart now. Pslin seems like more convenient dosing I work out early a.m. so taking it before breakfast is perfect and works well for off days. I will also be taking the usual pro. bcaa and multi with pwo isolate glucose and bcaa
