I've read a lot about the great CS at ATW and now I see why.
I recently ordered some whey isolate but had an issue with the mixability. I e-mailed customer service and soon after received a reply stating they would send a replacement and a prepaid label to return the original. I would have taken them up on this offer but I had already replaced the protein, so they gave me a full refund instead.
I just wish all CS departments were this helpful.
