a little help please

I have some tamoxifen powder and clomiphene powder. My main concern is the tam. c powder. What is it typically soluble in when sold as a "research chem." I don't know whether or not to use PG, PEG-400, or plain Bacardi 151. Also does anyone add BA to this and why? Thanks for any input.

No need for anything fancy, grain alcohol or bacardi 151 will do fine. No BA needed bro.
