Yeah man just busy again. Its going to be a good year but its off to a slow start. Finally was accepted back into the corps last Monday or Tuesday but now I'm still waiting for a start date and unit assignment, sucks just hanging around in limbo so there's still alot of stress revolving around that. And the wife is still interviewing for jobs and in the meantime I'm working so much I really have little time for anything let alone the gym. My msten was over a few weeks ago and Reaper DNA ends this Friday or Saturday.

Let me say this, out of all the orals I've taken in the last 12 months Reaper DNA is by far the best hands down

So I officially entered the dirty thirties on Tuesday. Was a good birthday party and a solid day. Haven't worked out all week which sucks but whatevs. I'll put some reviews up here tonight of all the products I used the last 7 weeks. Today has been amazing. I did literally nothing but sleep/rest and eat all day. First time in months. And I've decided to make the move over to trt+hcg por vida. Dave in part helped me make the final decision. I feel its the right one and with hcg in the mix I'll still be making strong swimmers. Peace out-

I would have to look at my bloods. I've had three in the last 18 months. Nothing crazy high or low that I can remember. Its not really the point though. I'm done naturally peaking at high levels. Its only gonna fall from here. I put a lot of consideration into this decision, after all it is por vida...

Soooooo, I just updated in Kleens FIT FOR VALENTINES DAY LOG. Oh and no Deads or Squats whatsoever because of prior lower back injuries; I have a really awesome job coming up in a month thats for 49 months and it would ruin my career if I ended up receiving a medical discharge because I decided to fück around with 1RM's...

Probably gonna piss a bunch off but it'll probably include detailed training info on cross training exercises. Rock climbing, trail running, Cam Haynes type humps with 130# rock on my back, swimming, HIIT, high volume workouts, core exercises, arm/back/chest/ab workouts, and so on. Will do my best for daily pics and motivation and updates. AM for WP8 phone has taken leaps and bounds since 6 months ago and should suffice for my needs. Like last time, STAY TUNED GENTLEMEN

Been hella busy again. But today is my last day doing this armed guard bullshìt and I'll actually have free time starting tomorrow to ramp up my training (as long as my shin splints aren't too severe; just bought Newton Energy NRs, Sole Softec Ultras and new Zoot calve sleeves) before I head out to Pendleton. Talk to y'all soon!
 
First day as a free man. Have a few weeks to try and grow a beard.. And lose 15 lbs. Pretty sure I'm gonna start juicing all my meals starting Monday along with protein shakes cuz this I SEE FOOD diet isn't cutting it. Don't get me wrong I look and feel great but I'm still at ~15+% bf. Need 12% min and 180 total. Looks like them hills are calling my name
