A good strength indicator for reverse grip incline bench and reverse grip overhead press

I am in my early 30s and natural. I have nothing against non-natural, but I am currently a poor man. I have been unsuccessful trying top find a good strength standard for both incline and reverse bench for a natural, let alone a hybrid exercise of the two. It's the same thing for reverse grip overhead press. Every time I search online, I just get information about muscle groups worked per exercise and if I go to youtube I just see guys on gear lifting insane numbers. For the record I am bench 220lb/99.7kg with a Swiss bar using an angled underhand grip(the same for the overhead press) and doing 3 sets of 3-5. With the overhead press, I am doing 160lb/72.5kg for 3 sets of 3-5.

What do you want to hear? That you are “pretty strong for being a natural 30-year-old doing underhand pressing variations almost nobody does?” Or that you did it, and you don’t need to ever get any better because you have worked hard enough? If you are looking for external validation from strength enthusiasts, I believe you will be left wanting - to be content with any level of strength goes against the nature of someone desiring to get stronger.

The answer will always be: “more is enough”.

You haven’t even mentioned your height or weight, or years training. I have seen a big Samoan Junior 275er reverse grip bench 485 raw, a 220 advanced natural 5’9” man do 505 in single ply, and Anthony Clark put up some massive numbers at the highest level.

Besides, what other people think doesn’t matter nearly as much as if you are enjoying your hobby. That’s where true validation comes from - internally.
