I am in my early 30s and natural. I have nothing against non-natural, but I am currently a poor man. I have been unsuccessful trying top find a good strength standard for both incline and reverse bench for a natural, let alone a hybrid exercise of the two. It's the same thing for reverse grip overhead press. Every time I search online, I just get information about muscle groups worked per exercise and if I go to youtube I just see guys on gear lifting insane numbers. For the record I am bench 220lb/99.7kg with a Swiss bar using an angled underhand grip(the same for the overhead press) and doing 3 sets of 3-5. With the overhead press, I am doing 160lb/72.5kg for 3 sets of 3-5.
