A few q's about ordering gear off a reliable internet source?

1) i found a relable internet source to get my gear from, my question is, how much of a chance to i have of getting busted?

2) If i use western Union (thats what they ask for) should i just get the package shipped right to my house or what? Will i have to sign for anything?
