MrKleen73 or anyone else that may have it or know where to find it... any chance you've got the MI40 program from bpak? I'm thinking with the amount of pain i'm in right now i'm just going to deload for 2 solid weeks and maybe change it all up.

Nice!! Soft or hard swimbaits??? I've had a lot of success on them as well as jerk baits and poppers.. Smallies cant resist them... taking my fist trip of the year Sat.. Going to Candlewood lake in CT.. Some of the best smallies around..

That smally is a fukin' pig bro holy sh!t! Can't wIr to hit Erie and Oneida and the islands for smallmouth. Hopefully it warms up and I get money to bring the boat out soon.
 
Super light back day. Everything was 40 second rests

Pull ups 1x11 1x9 1x7

Bent over rows 4-0-1-0 cadence 4x10

Hs pull downs 4x10 4010

Hs row superset life fitness pull downs 4x10 4010

Standing calf raises 4x10 weighted super setted with 4x10 unweighted. Focused hard on pushing off my big toes. Cardio sucked my calves were pumped so hard.
 
I missed something, are you injured? Was super light day planned?

I've had a torn labrum for probably about 12 years now. It acts up real bad once in a while. Most of the time I can power past it but it's pretty bad right no. No biggy though I'll just go some extra rehab/prehab work for a while.

Thanks buddy!! You ever here of Kitech Lures??? These 4 inch bad boys will put a ton of fish in the boat... Fish them on their jig head you can swim them , hop them on the bottom, drop shot it you name it... I know your funds are tight PM me your addy and I'll send you some to try.. ;)

Bro I've been taking USPLabs Test Powder I won from them last few days, & the DAA powder in it is tearing my gut upppp - wish I'd run out of gas. This is why I stick with NMDA normally.

I'm not sure how to respond to that other than LOL.
 
When I found out methylated DAA was 100x stronger than reggie DAA I was like, "Man, that's pretty b/a". Then realized that taking more than that 3g didn't really yield superior results, so all you can do is get away with using 30mg of NMDA vs 3,000mg of DAA - what's the benefit you ask?

No diarrhea or rancid gas leaking out of me for 12 hrs after. Never had a problem with Finaflex, PNI, or LGI's capped DAA, nor iForce or Athletic Xtreme's NMDA. This USPLabs is the first uncapped I've ever used. And the last lol

Test powder is a great product but I can't take it. I literally sh!t all day long!

I had the same issue with Test powder.. 3 weeks of clear the room farts and toilet explosions... last 3 weeks was fine.. but shiiiiiiit... (literally)

My bro in law lines it so much that he doesn't care. He said the same thing, after 4 weeks he's fine. He ran it for 8 weeks
 
I've cleared the gym all 4 times I've taken it, & my gf is getting mad at me, so I might have to back off for a bit.
 
Down to about 230. 3lb drop from last week. I'm doing something right. Stomach was nice and flat except the below belly button bulge. This evening will bring us back and hammies.

All rep tempo was 4010. Brutal stuff.

Just the standard lower back hyper extension. Should have specified.. If there's more confusion I'll video tape them next week. Might video reverse grip straight arm pull downs too those were vicious.
