Yes, anything over 90 is completey normal but I would expect someone at age 15 to be 100+ and someone at 25 to be at 90+ to be considered ideal. 80+ at age 40+ is probably pretty good.

The need for dialysis happens around 15-25 I think.

Stage 1 - 90+ (normal; ideal)
Stage 2 - 60-89
Stage 3a - 45-59
Stage 3b - 30-44

Etc etc. Stage 4 you should plan on a kidney transplant or dialysis in the near future.

2 weeks after the beginning.

Next photos will be better quality. Blood test after one week. I need to improve my diet

For people who suffer from kidney stones, what do you feel is best for prevention other than cranberry, high water intake and vitamin c.
 
Put your phone in a shoe. Place the shoe on a window sill when you have some daylight coming in to the room. Press record and do the basic “mandatory poses” and quarter turns while recording and then go through video and screen shot pictures. A lot easier. A lot cleaner.

Probably also take Vit K-2. Anything that prevents calcification build up. A 60-90 minute research effort could make you a borderline expert on kidney supplementation and only 15-20 minutes could anawer that question above for you.

Whatever happened to the Medfit Rx thread? I got a notification that said you quoted my post and when I clicked it the thread was gone. A lot of great information in that thread gone.

I was wondering wondering the same thing. I have almost zero interest in MedfitRx, but there was some good info there.
