Hello 24yr 168lb 5,9.
been training consistently for 4years now and have enjoyed watching my body change.
i stay year round fairly lean thanks to the amount of cardio i must do for work.
this year ive finally decided to actually commit to bulking and add some supplements.
8week layout is as follows.
ErasePro.
AnabetaElite.
Creatine monohydrate.
Scitivation Extend-intra workout.
fishoil.
multi-vitamin.
hylands clear acne (incase acne flairs up).
Liv52.
calories will be maintained around 4000-4300 And adjusted as needed.protein will be 1.5x my weight.carbs 2.5x my weight and fats kept low like 70-90 since carbs will be so high.tried uploading pics but apparently cant get them to correct size
a.m will be cardio/stretching 45mins.
pm will be weight lifting. Might try arnolds blue print again as it worked great for me 1st time,or attempt my own schedule.
Guess my question is how does my supplement layout look?.

Layout looks great brother, will you be logging this?

I will log it if people are interested, and if i can figure out how to resize pics so im able to post them. And cardio will consist of mon-fri non optional wish i could drop it but part of my job so out of my hands.
glad layout looks good almost thought about throwing in hghup or hghmass but then figured id keep it out so i have better idea of how these compounds affect my body

Cardio is non optional because of your job? Is it military? If it is, you can talk to your chain of command and tell them you're working towards a competitive goal and don't want unit PT to get in the way. They should honor your request, because you'd be an "athlete"- just like the military's football, soccer, baseball etc teams.

I doubt he'll approve that idea, because its brigade standard to run 15miles a week, and my commander is super hoah high speed infantry..

Army, huh? Hey man, it's worth a try. I gave it a shot last year, thinking it wouldn't work out but they let me train on my own since they realized I'm not going to let myself get fat and nasty. Either way, 15 miles per week isn't too much. Are they formation runs, ruck runs, or what?

Yup army..combination.mon-5mile platoon run,tue-upper body abs with some cardio.wed-track sprints.Thursday various body workouts pullups situps pushups etc..friday 8mile 35-45lb ruck.
i get out next april and cant wait to finally 100% be in control of my schedule and my body and training/eating..will definitely help me achieve my goals

Bummer.

Worst part of the military- forced BS PT. Usually run by someone who wants to be a DI but could never make the cut, and just wants to absolutely destroy everyone with no intention of keeping them healthy.

Really though that cardio should help you stay lean. The moment I stopped doing stupid cardio with my unit, I had to pay some serious attention to my own cardio, which is something I never like to do.

Good luck with that, dude. Get that DD214 and frame it.

Haha mandrew for real I probably will lol.
yeah it'll help me stay lean im naturally pritty lean anyways though.
just sucks because I'll have to adjust calories accordingly etc just makes me dial in diet even more.
and the liv52 is there as a precaution since any oral supplements i believe are processed through the liver.and ive been told liv52 also helps digest and keeps appetite up
