Hey guys, here is an easy 850 calorie homemade bulking shake.

Chai seed - 1/4 cup
Whole milk - 2 cups
Protein powder - 1 to 2 servings
Almond butter- 2 tbsp
Optional 1/2 banana

That's it, you bang out 2 to 3 of these a day, and you just jumped your calorie intake by 1700 to 2550!!!!!

Nice! I'm looking into the Chai seeds and may even add the coconut oil to mine.

Looks tasty. But probably turn me into a fat arse.

I'm at:

250ml unsweetened almond milk
150g powdered oats
75g whey
1 cup frozen berries
1 banana
1 tsp powdered greens
1 tsp creatine
Extra water.

My breakfast shake is:
300ml semi skimmed milk
Handful frozen baby spinach
Frozen summer berries
50g whey isolate 97%
Honey
Followed by Follidrone 2.0 and 4 caps Test1fy

I've got an ~1200cal shake I make

20g isopure vanilla protein
30g vanilla muscle milk carton
some whole milk
****load of blueberries
crapload of strawberries
a frozen banana
multiple scoops of peanut butter (maybe 4)

comes to about 1000 or so cals of swole time
