Hey guys, here is an easy 850 calorie homemade bulking shake.
Chai seed - 1/4 cup
Whole milk - 2 cups
Protein powder - 1 to 2 servings
Almond butter- 2 tbsp
Optional 1/2 banana
That's it, you bang out 2 to 3 of these a day, and you just jumped your calorie intake by 1700 to 2550!!!!!
