Yessir brother! I like to focus on rear delts at the end of shoulder workouts when everything else is worn out so I can really focus on isolating them. I tend to "cheat" with my traps..
 
Decided to take it easy yesterday and keep things moderately high rep, because TheMovement and I are going to go heavy on Sunday for Legs. I stopped taking forskolin-95 about 3 days ago because I felt like I couldn’t keep any weight on. I will probably go a week without it and adjust the dosage.. Some days I was seriously waking up at 191/192lbs. Which is less than my final “cut”” weight back in June. Other than that, the supplementation has been on point. Versa-1 has me in the zone every workout.

Friday's Chest session

Made extremely poor nutritional decisions yesterday all day: had doughnuts in place of my -mid-morning oatmeal... and Hooters wings/ fries for lunch.. All was suppressed with AP. I felt awful even at 5pm when I was working out. Its easy to tell when my diet is dirty.Thank god when I woke up today I felt moderately normal. Cant wait to hit the gym this afternoon.

Excellent. I have been playing with the dosing too... a scoop in my intraworkout gives me extra endurance.

This weekend was great. I trained both Saturday (Back/ Biceps) and Sunday (Legs/ Shoulders). All supplementation and nutrition was in check. I bought some fat gripz yesterday, so I’ll be trying those out this week.

Bahaha. I will post the log from yesterday shortly. I mainly used them with bicep exercises. I couldn't do much with the rows (because I could barely hold the damn things with light weight)

Overall, I like the fatgripz a lot. I feel like I need to do some major work with them before I incorporate them into my heavy lifts. I could barely do some of the light weight forearms/ biceps work with them in my training session. This morning my hands are achy, as well as my forearms. If anyone else has experience with them and knows some exercises that work well, please share.

Btw. Yesterday i did a scoop of hyde with a scoop of high volume! It was superb
 
...I can tell you from personal experience it rocks.. Stimul8 is very good. Try starting at 3/4 scoop and go from there..

Just wait till ya find out what he did!
 
Alright folks, let me just start off by saying I'm shocked. I have a very high stim tolerance, but stimul8 had my heart racing at a new level. I took a whole scoop because the scoop looked so tiny- bad idea. Today I will be trying a 3/4 scoop... Overall it was a great stim.. I just took toooo much! Anyways, I had a great workout... but my sets had lengthy breaks in between so I could slow my HR down.
