Agreed here.

Day 4 thus far for me.. can't say I've noticed ANYTHING. Not that I am concerned. I'm in this for the long haul.. not based on a few days.
True that. How much do you weigh, house? I don't know if that would be a factor, but I believe I'm responding, this is day 3 for me. I definitely feel different. It's like whatever I'm doing, is amplified. I.e. - if I'm just being lazy, it doesn't take anything for me to doze off, but once I get up and start doing something active, it's like BAM I'm ready to go, and go and go. Also feel kind of jittery when I'm sitting at my desk at work. Weight is up a couple pounds. Shoulders and legs last night went well, it seemed like my shoulders had more of a pump than usual, so I'm planning on taking 5mg of taurine before todays workout.

IF you do make sure it is natty PB and whole grain bread, or better yet, whole grain bagels.
Roge... All I eat is whole grain bread, the plain bread is for the wifey ;)

274. Roughly 22% (taken about 2 months ago).

Definitely not bulking lol.

Using 30mg/day.

Oh, and I think you meant 5g of taurine :)

yah make sure you are getting around 3500 calories a day. 2500 is hardly anything unless you weigh like 130 :). You should be getting anywhere from 450-500 carbs a day, 300-350 grams of pro, 50-100 grams of fats. Your bulking, stop watching what you are eating so much and go enjoy this phase. :)

you keep that hot pocket, I'm gonna finish off this bag of chili cheese fritos before I go eat my 3rd meal today :)

HA! Try cutting with pork rinds!

(It only works on a CKD...)

Day 3

Just got back from back / bis and FUCKING WOW.... probably one of the best workouts i've had in a while... After we did our "last set of curls" I decided to hit up 21s w/ 50, but i ended up cranking out 10 on the last "7", full range of motion, all the way up, perfect form... I'm speechless right now... just measured my arms, and they're 3/4" bigger than they were last night when I measured them, they're so pumped... forearms are 1" bigger... I think I'm a quick responder... Off to eat!

not to burst your bubble, but measuring after a workout is not accurate.

Hmm most of the oral GH stimulators are crap. Hope this does something for u.

duh

but 3/4" is one helluva pump if you ask me...
really, based on this log i'm guessing you migrated from BB.com right?

3 things to do/learn

1- eat more; you aren't consuming enough calories to get the max potential out of methasteron.

2- sleep more; your body rebuilds itself during your sleep. 8 hours a day minimum while "on" especially

3 - drop the garbage supplements like the gh releaser that doesn't work and save your cash. if you must spend it on some "wonder supplement" to further enhance your appearance buy some LeanXtreme for PCT from designer supps. it will work better for less money than what your doing right now.

bad guess... I've never taken my measurements before, as I've never been this into working out before. I just thought it was kind of shocking that I would have 3/4" pump after working out. I'm glad everyone retorts with smartass comments rather than giving insight (ie is this a normal pump to have, for those of you who have measured afterwards or what?) Excuse me for not being a "professional".

1- I'm getting in 3200 calories / day now... that's what i upped it to yesterday, as I didn't want to just up it OVERNIGHT about 1000 calories to my normal intake.

2- I sleep more when I can, I'm married and sometimes married life has its demands. I've gotten 9+ hours the past 3 days.

3- Haven't taken the HGC since last week, and I already have Rebound XT and Lean Xtreme, and nolva on hand.

It's day 5 today, an off day, and I wanna go to the gym so bad! I may just go and shoot some ball or something to get out of the house. The main change I've noticed so far is vascularity. Where my arm meets my shoulder / chest is much more vascular than it was a week ago. The past week I've noticed awesome pumps and an increase in stamina more than anything else, maybe a slight increase in strength

Well today is one week in, and yesterday was chest day. So much for that "slight" increase in strength I mentioned last post. Yesterday my strength had skyrocketed. My previous bench workout was something like this:

2 sets / 5 reps with 205
2 sets / 3 reps / 2 reps with 225

Yesterday this was my bench workout:

1 set / 10 reps with 185
1 set / 8 reps with 205
1 set / 5 reps with 215
1 set / 5 reps with 225

Needless to say I am very pleased with week 1 results. I've been pretty much cartwheeling out of bed, and in a great mood all day long. Haven't had any really bad pumps that just keep me from lifting of any kind. I weighed in yesterday at 181, 1 lb. less than when I started, but my BF % has dropped I would say 1-2% already. The calipers and the mirror say so. I'll probably up my caloric intake and try to eat more than I have, since I've had these kind of results with last weeks diet and see where that puts me.

I agree on the strength.

One week in as well. Last week I was doing 250 for 20 reps on squats (ATG) for 5 sets. This week, 315 for 15 reps 4 sets followed by barbell lunges.

Only 9 total working sets for quads but I couldn't do any more. The pump was incredible. Not painful in the least just too much blood to walk right lol.

Keep going bro.

I know exactly what you mean bro. Had the exact feeling in my arms last week on back / bis day. Like you said, not painful, but my ENTIRE arm was just so pumped, forearms included, that I simply couldn't do anymore sets. It rocked...
Oh yeah, nice increase on squats man... Very nice! :)

Frankly speaking, I do not like the pump at all. I never have. For me, it takes away from the workout in the latter part of it.

When my arms are so pumped that I cannot do anymore reps it not a good thing. I do not know that I've broken the muscle down enough to achieve growth just because I got blood swelling in that area. I could achieve a pump on 30+ reps that would make it impossible to continue with the workout and I know that alone wouldn't do jack **** for hypertrophy.

My back is the only muscle group that Iactually like to feel a pump in. Other than that, it's just an ego thing to "look" bigger. It's a false sense of accomplishment in my opinion.

ANYONE else feel this way?

Yeah, I do... I wasn't saying it "rocked" because I knew it was a very productive day, I'm the same way, if I did get a pump at all, I wish it would be AFTER I was done with my workout, that would be ideal. However, the pump I got last week rocked because at that point I thought maybe "this stuff is going to work after all", because honestly, I had my doubts before starting it. Besides, the pump doesn't even do anything for ego, unless you measure your **** or something. I know my arms look worse when they're pumped because they're just swollen up, and the muscles aren't as defined as they are usually. This is especially the case with my tris.

I'm not in this for criticism that isn't constructive. All I'm looking for is advice from some people who may be a little more knowledgeable than I....

The advice being given to you is very constructive. You should be investing your money in Bobo's services to get your diet/training down, not in superdrol.

... didn't you post your "increase" in your arm measurement after workout .. when it was pumped? and you were all excited about the 3/4 inch increase or whatever it was?

What's Bobo going to do that I already haven't or that I would do better under Bobo? I've already got my diet mapped out for another month and a half in calories, carbs, protein and fat intake. I'm seeing GREAT results in the training regimen I'm on right now... So to me, that would be nothing but a waste of $$$. If he would give me a "free trial plan" I could go by, where I had nothing to lose, then sure I'd go for it. But right now that's money down the drain buddy...

If you'll read the bold italic text, and read an entire post, rather than finding one sentence taken out of context to criticize me over, you will understand the reason I was excited about the pump at that time.

How does one *see* GREAT results after a week?

I've never understood this.

No offence, but you can tell a noob a mile away when statements like this are made.

Complete and utter tool would have been my wording but jack ass works too :D

why don't those with negative comments leave the thread instead of calling him a "jackass" or a "complete, utter tool". he is going to use the product no matter what you tell him.

edit: what a great first post

Because those that do not learn from history are bound to repeat it. Maybe he won’t learn, but perhaps someone considering the same ill-fated course of action will.

I remember back when I was around 175ish, and was gonna try anything that I heard good things about to help speed along my process. Now that I look back, I'm glad I was broke back then or who knows what I would have done to my body. Now I'm sitting 220ish and put on 50 of those pounds in a year. Only after did I hit 210ish did I decide to run a cycle, because I felt then it would help push my potential into places my body isn't used to going.

Point being, I bet if you took that diet, and training that you are doing and sticking to, you would/will achieve the same results as you would taking the SD in probably a month more. While this is safer and smarter since you aren't messing your hormone, liver lipid levels all up.... to each his own.

and someone considering the same course of action will be too afraid to post or not even bother because he knows he'll just be flamed. maybe I need to read again but I didn't notice any ill-fated actions.

people that ask questions BEFORE starting and ask questions that couldn't be found if they just took 4 seconds to do a search are never flamed here .. too often people ask after they already started or don't ask, but rather proclaim or don't use the search button when they have a BASIC question that's been asked 1000 times

Then you too are in desperate need of some research.

BTW, read the post that directly preceded yours.

Edit: ****, glen beat me to it.

all i ever do is read bodybuilding forums. although new to this one i've been reading others for years. i came here too because of my interest in superdrol. i think i've read about every post on it here.

and i won't ever post a log here if I do take it because I will have you guys hounding me and telling me Im a "newb" and what not. :)

Really? Have you read this one: Don't take it, it sucks, I have nearly perfect diet and training (straight from Bobo) and got nothing from it, as did my roommate who ran the cycle concurrently with me. Take it for what it's worth, its just 2 random guys but I will never touch it again... and I have a gram left :) Try for yourself and see.

Then you really need to come up with a hobby or a job.

Then what did you learn from several of those threads and their reports with regards to lipid profiles? Or did you just happen to skip those?

if you do your research, and are smart then no one will call you a newb and what not. :) I posted my SD log on here a couple months ago, and never got called one thing, and it was my first posts actually. :) Just gotta research and look at stuff and not be hard headed, which is why people start logs IMO for advice, critiques, and if any "reasonable" questions arise, I can ask it in there.

what? that everyone who used rebound for pct got back awful bloodwork tests?

Hobby or a job? hehe..

full time student, 30 hours a week job, lifting, friends... im kind of busy

You guys really should take intro to reading or something.... I stated "I'm seeing great results in my training regimen." That doesn't mean in the past week, although my bench max has gone up 15 lbs. in a week... Over the past 4 months I've seen great results with the way I've been training... When things start going downhill, then I'll look for outside help, until then I'm gonna keep doing what I'm doing and save $ on stuff I don't need...

to late you already spent money on SD...
ROFL! OMG what will I ever do over the next 3 weeks??!!! Wait, probably raise my bench max another 25 lbs!!!! Thats money well-wasted!!!

I'm sure your diet is far from perfect and I'd be willing to bet your training is as well. Sure you may be seeing great gains in a week, but we all did during our first few weeks of training even using crap routines and following crap diets. Bobo will give you as close as you can get to a "perfect" diet and training routine that you wouldn't be able to figure out on your own even after years of researching and testing. It's far from money down the drain.

If you can only raise your bench 25 pounds in 3 weeks while on SD, then your training and diet is far from perfect. Have you been introduced to our red-headed step child Invalid Link Removed ? I'm sure you could go over there and everyone would congratulate on your MASSIVE PUMPS AND GAINS!!!
