I'm grading this as a stack:
STRENGTH- 8/10 I LOVED THE STRENGTH INCREASES ON THIS STACK.
SIZE- 6/10 DIDN'T PUT ON A LOT OF SIZE BUT PUT ON 5 LBS. AND DROPPED 2% BODYFAT, CAN'T COMPLAIN.
SIDES- 9/10 ONLY SIDES WERE SLIGHT HEADACHES ON THE JW BUT CARBS CURED THAT WELL. AND VERY THIRSTY WITH THE BAM, BUT I JUST DRANK A LOT OF WATER.
RECOVERY- 8/10 I NOTICED A BIG DIFFERENCE IN RECOVERY BETWEEN SETS WHEN ADDING THE BAM, WHICH MADE FOR GREAT WORKOUTS.
MOOD- 9/10 MY MOOD WAS GREAT THROUGHOUT MOST OF THE STACK.
OVERALL- 8/10 I REALLY ENJOYED THIS STACK. I REACHED MY GOAL OF 300 LB. ON THE BENCH WHICH WAS GREAT AFTER BEING STUCK AT 285 FOREVER IT SEEMED. I ALSO WAS ABLE TO PUSH THE 120 LB DUMBELLS WHICH I NEVER EVEN THOUGHT I WOULD GET BEFORE THIS STACK. ALSO, I WOULD LIKE TO ADD, I HAD NO JOINT TROUBLE AT ALL. AS A MATTER OF FACT MY SHOULDER HAS NEVER FELT BETTER AND I'VE NEVER GONE THIS HEAVY ON FLAT OR INCLINE BENCH (INCLINE USED TO KILL MY SHOULDER). THERE IS A NOTICABLE SYNERGISTIC EFFECT WHEN TAKING THE BAM & JW TOGETHER WHICH LED SOME OF MY BEST WORKOUTS EVER. I WILL RUN JW AGAIN FOR SURE AND IF I RUN BAM AGAIN I WILL RUN IT FOR THE WHOLE 8 WEEKS AS WELL.
