On here for 8 week cycle any ideas what is the best for 8 week cycle

175 cm
81 kg
Bf 13%
10 years of training
Been off gear 5 years I don’t mind any cycle advice with pct any bulking up cycles I’d lean bulk cycle and thanks
 
What compounds did you previously run and what was your impression with their results? That answer(s) will help people give you better dialed in answer.

Off gear for 5 years.....have you maintained training and a decent diet? What is your cycle history?
 
Yes my cycle history wss few orals at the start like dinabol then blue heard then Androlic then androl then stanzol all separate time then my first injunction wss eq snd sus for 8 weeks then sec one dec and test
 
Bulking 350-500 test prop or 100-175 trest ace weekly 350-500 NPP weekly 50-100mg anadrol ED

What I would go with depending on size

I would also ramp up dosages a bit at week 6 and week 7

PCT torem 120/60/30/30 (add another week at 60 if using trest)

I started my npp run at 400 - when it was time to quit I had some leftover. Bumped it up to about 550 and the difference was noticeable. Next time I'll probably start in that 500 range bc it was THAT much better. Just some food for thought.

Right on, that's kinda why I mentioned "depending on size". Seems like you have about 45lbs on this chap

so maybe
1-6 350 prop 350npp 50 drol
7 400 prop 400 npp 50 drol
8 450 prop 500 npp 75 drol

Or something like that to counter the effects of myostatin, a chemical that puts the brakes on your gains after a couple months of being "on"

Should grow very nicely on that

I prefer trest to test too.
