8 Week Cycle Recommendations

So it's been almost a year since I ran a cycle, during my last physique comp. prep I did a 14-week cycle composed of the following:

1-4: Msten w/ DMZ
5-8: TD Trendione with TD Furaza
9-14: Epistane w/RAD140
On-Cylce Support
Niacin
TUDCA
Omegas

Felt great throughout that cycle and have been just sticking to the gym. I've been on TRT for almost 2 years now and have just included Test1fy from OL for almost 4 weeks with plans to switch to DermaStr3ngth unleashed for another 4 weeks prior to taking an 8-week recoup/cut cycle:

Current Stats: 5'-10", 185 lb 13%bf; goals are 5'-10", 195-200lb 10%bf
Androvar - 200/200/200/200/400/400/400/400
TRT Dose - 175mg/wk for 8 weeks
Sup3R-11 - 125/125/250/250/250/250/25/250
On-Cycle Support

Will be running a Masteron and Test Prop after taking sometime off this cycle but want to get some more strength and deeper cuts prior to getting on the AAS cycle. Also, want to run a cycle prior that doesn't create too many negative side effects with lipids, liver enzyme levels, etc.
 
I can almost say with certainty that your goal of remaining 5'-10" should be no problem....
Ok, ok, I know, that was a smart a** move, but I couldn't help myself, lol.

On a real note, Androvar, Sup3R-11 sound like a nice cutting stack... and you have the best test base, so there should be no problem there. With on-cycle the liver should be cool, but lipids tend to get tanked. Omega 3&6 can help, chia seeds are great source for this. I use them in my protein shakes.

Would mixing Sup3r-2 with Androvar and Sup3r-11 be worth it? Or hold off the Sup3r-2 and just stick with Androvar and Sup3r-11 as I have not used Andro products yet just PH's from Olympus with great success.
 
Sup3r-2 was just discontinued, but it's still available from some of the sponsored sites on AM. Keep in mind, this would be a very dry cycle, you would need some joint support. For your goal of gaining muscle, and loosing fat, I would stack andro 1 in there. Here is what OL recommends, you could stretch it out to 8-weeks...

*Advanced/Experienced - Recomp Cycle: (30 Day Cycle, Over 4 Weeks)
-2- Andro - 500/500/500/500
-1- Andro - 330/330/330/330 (1 bottle Olympus UK SUP3R-1 ELITE - 90 Caps)
-11- KT -- -- 250/250/250/250 (1 bottle Olympus UK SUP3R-11)
 
Eat slightly above maintenance on workout days, and slightly below on off days.

As far as foods, I stick to a lot of chicken breast, broc, sweet potatoes, eggs, quinoa, brown rice, oats or cream of wheat, turkey bacon, almonds, and othe veggies. I Generally mix my protein shakes with almond milk (or water) chia seeds, and Macao powder. If I need more fat I'll add nateral pb, or coconut oil.
 
How do you figure out maintenance calories? I've done physique competitions in the past but never calculated calories so much, just listened to my coach. I'm gluten free so most of those foods I'm good with you mentioned. Usually 6 small meals does really good for me.

Trial and error, I would suggest multiply your body weight in pounds by 15 and if after a couple of weeks your weight is stable then that is your maintenance calories if you lose weight you need to increase your calories and decrease calories if you gain weight. For me maintenance calories are somewhere around body weight x15.5 - 16.5 depends on frequency and intensity of weightlifting and excluding any cardio.
