#6 is underrated. I usually wait at least an hour after eating to workout, but going to wait even longer now with the heat. Also wise to do cardio at a cooler time of day.

I love the feeling of getting completely exhausted from the cardio and heat, but at the same time I can perform better and train for a longer period of time during a cooler hour.
